hm ... Maybe you didn't understand. I know i can do that with batch, but i have to do that manulaly every time i want Photoshop tu run that action. What i want is, that Photoshop woluld run that batc itself when the image is droped into that folder, without my interferance?

I would like Fotoshop to perform a batch with some action from a "hot folder", so as son as an image is droped into that folder, Fotoshop would run the Batch? is that possible?

Probably you are batching with some action, witch has save as in? Right? So, try to override that action in the batch dialog box? maybe that is the key?
