Plug-In Donwloads
Hi Is there a utility that can actually download plug-ins? What I mean exactly is this. Lets say i find some decent plug-ins from harrys site or flaming pear or wherever. Instead of loading them into Photoshop how baout loading them into one utility which is standalone and can be opened from Photosh...

I used a dab brush in PS and a glass effect on top of it.
Comments are welcome and suggestions on improving would be cool as well.
