Most likely, these pics were rendered in a 3D program like Maya, 3DS Max or Softimage using a non-phototralistic renderer. For example, Brazil Rendering System from www.splutterfish.com can do that -- see their gallery. I doubt that the same quality could be achived using any plugin.

Doug, Actually, you don't need a filter to do high pass. All you need is Gaussian Blur and Invert: 1. Copy the original layer into a separate layer 2. Place the copy layer over the original 3. Lalaboy, the headline of your post says that you're using the Photoshop CS SDK . Aren't you afraid of Adobe's SDK license agreement? I mean the new SDK policy that they introduced with the SDK7.0, and I suppose they're licensing the CS SDK under the same agreement. The agreement itself is just plain...
