I guess that not even their own version comparison chart receives enough attention thenHaraldHeim wrote:Correction: 16bit image support was introduced in PSP X by Corel!

In that case sign me up for incompetence ! Corel has serious issues with professional output, so its no wonder that 3 versions later (and keep in mind that it was actually JASC that introduced 16bit back in version 9) they still haven't provided the appropriate support for it. Now if this were still...

Boz, this is my last reply inside this thread - one could start the proper one in the PSP forum if that's the case - but as far as I know you can't import the brushes in PSP9 that have the .jbr extension because since PSP8 the extension has been changed to .pspbrush. You could try (refer to the help...

Re: Ok maybe this is where
I'm looking of a plugin or filter for my JBR files. I can't see them unless I have one and don't know what I'm even looking for. Thanks Boz .jbr = Paint Shop Pro 7 brush file. If you are using a newer version of PSP (8+), you can import these brushes simply by changing the file extension to .pspbru...

b) The cybia site is rather messy, but the plug-ins are there. You find them under the Digital Photography menu, The Works and Fotomatic . d) This site has been like this for years: sometimes you can access it, sometimes you can't - its just a stupid Geocities bandwidth limit error. At the time of t...

Updated Flaming Pear's freebies - need to download to see
I guess that Flaming Pear isn't as quick as Harald to announce a new plug-in release :D The freebies pack on the site is still listed as v1.9, but it does include the new Zombie , which isn't mentioned anywhere on the site. It seems that none of the other plug-ins were updated though so that could e...

Always refer to the developer's site for accurate information on their products instead of relying on other sites that may or may not provide the correct information. A demo can be referred to as being freeware since you don't pay to download and install it (and some don't even expire), although thi...

Sorry, but your statement is not correct according to my experiences. Even if plugins were created with the Photosho CS SDK, they don't necessarily need to use features that are specific for Photoshop. So they can work with PSP, too. Oh, sorry about passing on wrong information  Although I do...
