Issue resolved !!
Had to manually create a folder for the application to be recognized.
Odd ... but it worked.

B/W Photostyler 101 not recognized by CS3
I just installed Photoshop CS3 on my computer and migrated all filters, actions and plug-ins over without problem. Only the BWStyler101 application is one that's not recognized by CS3 - and I have tried several folders (of course "plug-ins" first) to make it work. Any ideas ?? Please advise. Thanks,...
