Have no idea what PiCo is, or where to find it.

I have vista 64 bit system, I recently purchased psp x2, I'm having trouble getting Distort plugin to work. I've d/l it, installed it and keeping getting message its not installed properly or something is missing. I've have msvcrt10.dll and plugin.dll and its still isn't working. I alway have a lapt...
