Hi, I am useing PSP X2, and I installed the Paint Engine..it works, all except for the drop down window that has all of the settings to make all of the effects...will not appear.....maybe the .ini file needs to be copyied to another part of the system ? right now I have the plugin installed into Pro...

Do you mean the Xero plugins? Because I do not know any Zero plugins. You do not need msvcrt10.dll for it. I think The problem is DEP, which you can also read on several posts here. Ok :) I read some of the Post here, and I found the .dll that I needed~Msvcrt10.dll~I installed it into the SysWOW64 sub folder~then I rebooted and went back to psp and I tried to use the Zero Plugin again, and Still the psp 12 program asked to be shut down, now I suppose I will download the Plugin ...

A user on this forum even said that the latest version of PSP does not work without problems under Vista 64bit. But I did not try it myself. I am using XP as my main OS and only use Vista 64bit for debuging software. You could complain at the shop where you bought your computer. Maybe you can still...

I think you cannot do much. Either you update to a newer version of PSP or install Windows XP 32bit on your computer.
