Cancel that I figured it out lol. Something so simple just to get it to work.
It was to do with the colours. I was using highcolours instead of RGB. Doh lol.

I have installed Eye Candy 4000 into PSP12 but it is not working properly. I have installed it into the correct folder and allocated it through PSP.
