After installation and when trying to open and use it I get this message:
C:/Programs (x86) FM Patcher \Patcher exe. Create Process code failed 740 requested operation requires elevation. Nancy

I downloaded the patcher and could not get it to install on Windows 7 64 bit. One of my favorite plugins is MM perspective tiling and no matter what I do, I cannot get that plugin to install.
