Did you change or modify the location of your files in your PSP9? In other words, before, you were using PSP7 or 8, yes? Well, in your PSP9 preferences, you must change the location of your files - simply browse and add the files so that your PSP9 can have access to your plugins.

I think that you did not indicate the files location to your PSP9 - where the plugins are. If you still have your PSP7 and your plugins work fine in PSP7, then what you should do is this: -in your PSP9, click on File - Preferences - File location and simply browse to your Program Files/Jasc Software...

OK Margaret, then, do you have Paint Shop Pro? If so, try to change the grid size to 1 pixel everywhere and black as the color of the grid. Then, enlarge your image until each square is a pixel. That should do it.
