I can't think of a specific plugin for this but I did cheat once with a fluffy cloud and the noise filter. Didn't work out very well. However I found a little tutorial on how to simulate spray out of an elephants trunk that may be useful to you. See it here; http://www.invano.com/tutorials/photoshop...

Plugging the Plugin Site

On the upside, we often see Photoshop Plugins reviewed in 'Photoshop User' magazine with the Plugin Site address given as the place to go to get them. The latest issue (March 2006) for example has reviews for 'Light Machine 1.01' & 'Colour Washer 2'. Many of the Plugins we can get here are also disc...

Kodak offer

I sent them a note letting them know the code didn't work and got the following reply; Hello Don, Thank you for contacting Kodak Professional. Thank you for your interest in our software products. The PROPASS coupon that was intended solely for use by our European subscribers has been made public an...

Sorry for not getting back to you. I believe I was being blinded by a little frustration in not being able to figure this out. I had actually left it for a day and after a few minutes discovered you likely meant C-Colour. Thought it should be simple since others seem to be able to use it. Tried it o...

LightMachine manual

Hello Harold, Thanks for the response but this is word for word what it says in the manual. In an attempt to get it to work for me I used the original of the girl you used in the examples of changing her dress colour. Can't seem to get it. Not sure what you are referring to where it says 'Switch to ...

LightMachine manual

Hello, I do very well with anything I want to do with images in Photoshop CS2 which includes adding or enhancing colours to specific areas. An example is making the sky blue from the whiteish way it currently appears. I also do very well following step by step instructions when I don't know how to p...

Image stacking plugin

Might be wrong but I believe Colin is asking if there is a plugin that will allow us to stack many (dozens or even hundreds) images to create one high detail less noisy image. There are a couple of decent stand alone programs available, 'RegiStax' & 'AstroStack', but it would be nice if we could do ...

Try 'The PhotoShop Book for Digital Photographers' by Scott Kelby. Very easy to follow for beginners through to more advanced users.

Converting Sony's 'SRF' (RAW) format to Tiff or........

I have the new Sony DSC F828 8MP Cybershot and among the various formats Sony has added the .raw format. (It's a SRF file). Unfortunately it's only accessible using the supplied 'Image Data Converter' software which has very few functions. My PhotoShop 7, PaintShop Pro 8, ACDSee 6.0 or any others wo...
