yeah i have tried that opening the file from menu in PS and also draging the file in to PS but the results are always the same.

Yeah tried what you said and sent the installer to my main plug-ins folder in adobe but nothing happened i still get the same result as in picture so i am at a a loss.

Does the exe not install to plug-ins folder automatically in photoshop....? will try doing this and see what happens.

hi new to this forum have looked and posted on other forums without any luck so this is my last gasp. I have photoshop CS, version 8 and in the passed have used nvidea plugin-ins in order to open dds files, now i have a new shiny built pc, os 7 64. so i reinstalled ps and the plug ins but it wont le...
