I just downloaded Flaming Pear software...is this a seperate program from PSP?? If not...how do I get the program into PSP7??

Hello...hopefully someone can help me out here. I was looking at this tutorial for PSP7 to get rid of a white background. I did all the steps was supposed to until I reached a step where it said I had to click on Images...Plug-In-Filters,then Transperancy...I don't have that in my Images...is there ...

Just want to say hello and to ask a question if I may. I am currently working with PSP7 which I love as well as PI7....I am looking for sites to download frame and edges...does anyone know of any good sites?? Any help would be greatly appreciated~S~
