That looked like it was just talking about FILTER FACTORY PLUGS INS to me...
Did I miss something here?
I have been told by many people that you have to have certain dll files put in a certain folder on your computer to get plug ins to work in PSP 9 and if you have VISTA.....

VISTA....PSP 9 and plug ins?
I use PSP 9....I have VISTA....Can someone please tell me which dll's I need to get my plug in's to work and WHERE they go?

Mystical lighting
Harold...after I download Mystical Lighting....I set the program up. It shows up in my folder with all of it's components...lot and lots of folders that go with it...I see them...it "IS" installed...however it will NOT show up inside PSP OR work on its own either. That is my problem. My preferences ...

Mystical Lighting
Harold....I found Mystical lighting and downloaded the Demo version of it....I put it where my filters are at... rebooted and could not get it to work period. I looked at the files to see if it would work on it's own...I could not find anything to tell me that and it would not show up in PSP either....
