The size of the downloaded file has to be 2.954.166 bytes. If it is smaller you have to try to download again. Some internet providers cache downloaded files locally, so they are giving you the corrupted file every time you try to download again. In this case you have to wait a few days until the co...

Plugin Commander Light lets you do many things with Filter Factory plugins, so I wouldn't call it useless. It should give an adequate impression of how the Pro Version works.

Do you want to import Premiere project files or do you want to execute Premiere plugins in your application? I don't know if Premiere project files are described in the SDK. If not, it will be a lot of work to learn how they are composed. Creating a Premiere plugin host might even be more difficult....

ProCreate only offers KPTeffects (=KPT 7). SceneBuilder is part of KPT 6.

However, KPT 6 doesn't seem to available on the Corel web site. Does anyone know if they have made it a part of Photo-Paint?

The error message you are getting usually appears when a plugin crashes in PSP.

Did you apply the Flaming Pear plugins under some special conditions e.g. selections, transparency, floating selection? Maybe the Flaming Pear plugins don't work under special conditions in PSP.

Softener may work without a registration key, but the author asks you to support him by paying a small amount. If you like the plugin and use it often, it should be a question of honour to register it. Future plugins may not be unrestricted, if the author doesn't get some financial contributions.

KPT 6 was created by Metacreations, I think, but is now owned by Corel. procreate is just a division of Corel.

You have to copy or install it into your Paint Shop Pro plugin folder or select the folder where you installed it in the Preference of Paint Shop Pro.

Before you buy the plugin, you should download a demo version and test if it works in Paint Shop Pro.

Do you mean turning photos into X-Ray prints? I don't think that you can imitate X-Ray prints realistically without very high effort, but you can surely give photos the impression of a X-Ray print.

You would need a negative filter and some other filters that produce erosion effects.
