However, there is no command line support to do that, but maybe we will add that to the next version. We will surely highly improve the Batch feature in the next version of Plugin...

PP 10 should work with most Photoshop-compatible plugins, so just download them and try. PP 8 is not so compatible and has many problems and PP 7 is even worse.

You just copy the Photoshop plugins into the plugins folder of Premiere and hope that they will work. They should then show up where the other filters are displayed.

Not all Photoshop filters will work with Premiere and the ones that work are not animatable over various frames.

I remember that there was an option in Premiere 4 and 5 which allowed to created reversed running clips. You just had to set the speed to -100%. This option must be somewhere in Premiere 6, too.
