I guess the only way is to open the CDR file with CorelDraw, convert it to a suitable format e.g. BMP and to open the BMP file in Photoshop.
Maybe IrfanView from www.irfanview.com can convert them, too.

I'm not sure if HyperTyle (or other Photoshop plugins) work in MGI Photosuite 4.0 as I never used it. If there's a fodler called "plugins" orsomething similar in the MGI folder, please install HyperTyle there. Hi Jayse, thanks for your interest. Plugin Commander displays the internal names and category (=sub menu) of AE plugins. It lets you deactivate AE plugins, so that they don't show up in AE. The Pro Version of Plugin Commander lets you also change the category of AE plugins and displays preview image...
