Topaz Lens Effects is by far the least expensive option and adds additional depth map editing capability. DOF Pro hasn't been updated for two years, so that's always a red flag, plus it's Windows only, unlike the others.

If you have an Intel Mac, your Adjust license number should transfer over (if you have a problem, let Topaz know). Topaz never supported PPC Macs in the first place. There's really no way to justify spending over $600 for a plug-in when comparable and even more powerful tools such as Harald's are available for under $70-!

You might try plowing through this list of plug-in developers and see if there is any interest.

Reindeer Graphics would have been a good choice for this sort of thing, but they seem to have hit the skids about 5 years ago.
