An old address of him is

kmcmicha@bamanet.ua.edu

It is probably a better idea if you just place a link to a download site of the filters instead of offering them yourself.

Extensis plugins usually only work in Photoshop. I read somewhere that you have to copy some of the Extensis DLLs into the System folder to make them work in PSP.

Panopticum are currently changing their web hosting provider. That's why their site is down at the moment. It should be available again soon. Concerning the reg code for Digitizer I can only recommend to you to try to write them again. They may not be very responsive, but resending your request agai...

To convert a FF plugin or FFL file in Plugin Commander, just select it in one of the two panes and press the Convert button. You will be prompted to select a few option and a destination folder.

For a video tutorial on that topic please visit

Dorith, you have to reinstall Plugin Commander from the setup file again. If you just copy the Plugin Commander folder from a backup, there are some files missing in the Windows System folder e.g. MSCOMCTL.OCX.

Please let me know if it works now.

I do not think that the Photoshop Plugin Interface will allow such "brush plugins". However, if someone should find such a plugin, I would be glad to hear about it, too. There's an application which allows to "brush" plugin effects on an image. It is called "SPG Colorworks:WEB" from http://www.spg-n...

Well, Actions can be a bit confusing for beginners. Just try to read anything that is written in the Photoshop Manual about them and then try to record a few simple actions which only have one or two steps.

Hopefully this will help to get familiar with the concept.

In Filter Factory you have to enter a kind of formula which is derived from the C language. Filter Meister and Filter Formula let you use a subset of C to create 8bf plugins, so they require more knowledge than Filter Factory, but offer a more structured approach. If you use the Plugin SDK from Adob...
