Will a future version include the ability to record actions such as running specific presets in other plugins?

The plugin seems sluggish with the 64 bit version of Elements 13 - there is a slight delay after selecting a menu item or moving the mouse to a location

The buttons in the Elements Tool Options panel work but the two which float with the image in workspace do not work
