I never receive an email from you when I have requested downloads. can you help?

Sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately many internet providers apply too aggressive anti-spam filters to their email servers, so that even solicited emails sometimes don't come through. Another possibility is that you are using too aggressive anti-spam software on your computer.
