Adding working Links

I would like to know, how to add a working link to this type of board .... I would like to link a particular word, for someone to click on & be taken there, like click HERE to see ...here being the link 
Only I dont know how to do it, LOL Please help me.

Just type the URL and the board will automatically make a hyperlink out of it.
For example:
http://thepluginsite.com
I didn't add any
tags around it.
