I recommend buying Photoshop Elements (or even better Photoshop CS2). Both include the Camera RAW converter, which supports Fuji RAW files. An alternative would be Capture One LE, but I don't know if it supports Fuji RAW files.
If you really want to do RAW file processing, you shouldn't save money and get a low-quality converter. Otherwise it would be better to capture JPG files.
