B & W photo to color?

Is there a way I can change a black and white photo to color ?

I would recommend
BlackMagic for Windows and
Coloriage for Windows/Mac.
Harald's
B/W Styler may also be of interest.
Also, prep your image--it needs Levels adjustment and perhaps conversion to grayscale to remove the yellow cast.
