removing PSP and installing Photoshop 7....
Harry-Have a quick question for ya. My first graphic program is the PSP 7 version. I then installed Adobe's Elements 2. Most of my plugins are in the PSP directory. I am now getting Adobe's Photoshop 7. I need the memory for this program so I will need to uninstall 1 of the programs, namely PSP7. Will I have to re-install all of my plugins into the new directory of Photoshop 7? Or will the plugins stay intact with the elements 2 program? I need help----IRISH

The PSP7 uninstall tool should only remove the files that it installed. So your plugins you installed additionally will remain where they are.
You don't need to reinstall all plugins to Photoshop 7. Just create a shortcut for your current plugins folder by left clicking on it and choosing "Create Shortcut" from the context menu. Then move that shortcut into the Plugins folder of Photoshop 7 and start Photoshop 7. That's all
