I hope that this post is appropriate for this discussion forum. A friend of mine is looking for a plug-in that will take a scanned photo and filter it in a way that makes it look like a pen and ink drawing.

Take a look at George Washington's face on an American dollar bill. That's the kind of result he is looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having trouble figuring out what to suggest. The dollar bill is engraved, and this doesn't look like pen and ink to me. But if this is really the look he wants, then the Cutline filter is the closest I've seen.
