Hello,
I clicked on the link in your newsletter & went to Irfanview. After I downloaded the plugins, not only did they not show up when I opened the program, but now I can no longer use the sharpen function.
Please help! It would be most appreciated. Thank You!

Better write to Irfan directly. He may help you. I have no idea what went wrong. Maybe the IrfanView plugins were installed wrongly.

Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I did email him but I read where he said he doesn't get around to answering emails too much. So, I figured I would try you first since you're so smart. Maybe someone else will know what's wrong. Thanx, anyway.

You can try removing IrfanView and its plugins and reinstalling.
