photoshop elements : delete a picture

Bonjour,
If I open a picture in Photoshop Elements and it doesn't suit me. How to delete it completely out of my pc directly from Photoshop Elements ?

You can delete files from every standard file dialog. In Photoshop Elements choose File > Open, locate the image file, click on it to select it and press the Del key.

First, thank you very much for your answer.
But ........... if the picture is already open in PE, I must first delete it and only then I can choose:file>open>select it and then definitely delete it. It seems impossible to get rid of it in one or two click directly inside PE.
This subject is not very important , it's just a little annoying when you work with many pictures.

You probably have to close the image inside PE, otherwise PE will probably not allow you to delete it on your hard drive.

If you want to delete many images at once, better use the Browse command of PE, so you can see thumbnails of the image when you are deleting them.
