not all characters are letters ... when i install a font some characters can be a star , a flag , or any kind of symbol ....
so please , tell me how to choose a specific character under photoshop ( windows version!)

Use the drop down font list to find the dingbat font that you have installed that has those symbols.

Then just type whatever keyborad letter it is that corresponds the that symbol in the dingbat font.
