erm sorry know its on the main site but i cant find anything that it describes where you add plugins elements is difficult to learn because not many people use it where do i add plugins do ? thank you

Plugins are quite easy to install in all Adobe applications. All you need to do is to choose the Plug-Ins sub folder of the Photoshop Elements folder in the setup when installing the plugin.
