Rounded corners

I am working on a website with the usual kind of top banner. My client would like to have rounded edges on all four sides of the banner image.

Is there an easy way to create those edges, or will I have to manipulate it manually the hard way with Photoshop?

Many thanks for any info you can offer.

Hard way? It only takes a minute!
There's a rounded rectangle preset available in Photoshop, which even lets you define the radius of the rounded corners. All you have to do is create a selection from it and cut out the corners of the banner.

Thanks!

Wow!

That was easy! Thank you very much, Jaci.

For anyone else who needs the step by step, now that I know how to do it:

1) Go to the rectangle tool
2) Click the little triangle in the lower right corner
3) Select "rounded rectangle"

Done!!
