i am trying to create a car coming through a checker flag, like it jump through,, is there a filter to do this or a simple way.. any help is appretiated

Petty, try this site for an action http://www.atncentral.com/. Loads of free ones on there. You can also find tutorials to do the thing that you want just google for OUT OF FRAME PHOTO TUTORIALS.
Good luck with the project. I have tried many times but give up in the end. but that is just me being DULL
