Photoshop 8 ... aka Dark Matter

who has any word on the cool new features in photoshop 8? the mac review sites imply that it might not initially be offered on the Intel platform.
what say you?

The only thing I heard is that the Adobe RAW and JPG2000 plugins will be included with Photoshop 8 and not offered seperately anymore.
Maybe the Mac version will be available a few days sooner, but that doesn't make any difference. Adobe won't release some of its new video editing products for Macintosh, because of the competition by Apple in that field. But Adobe can't allow itself to not offer a Mac version of Photoshop.
