Need dll's for plugins

I just had to purchase a new laptop, so of course it came with Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 Bit. I haven't yet installed my PSP program but wondered if those same 6 dll's that were needed with Vista are needed on Windows 7 - can anyone tell me? If I need them, can you tell me where I might find them and into what system folder should I install them, please? I sincerely appreciate anyone's help! Thanks a bunch!!

Actually there are only two dlls needed for some Photoshop plugins.
