The Plugin Site

I could not get plugins to work with the international edition of Paint Shop Pro 9. Checking for updates there is a patch on the JASC site that resolves this. I have installed this and everything works as expected.

I have looked for the patch at the jasc site but could not find it. Could someone give me a page to go to please, I'm desparate to get PSP 9 working fully thank you....
