The Plugin Site

I cannot find the plugins I had bought because I had a HD crash and PSP with my plugins site, as well as the downloads folder were wiped out.

I thought that if I backed up my docs and my pictures I would have everything I really needed.....NOT !

How can I get the owners to allow me to download again the couple of filters I bought?

It is important to backup software that you downloaded, too. You should
at first look if your old download link still works or if you can log in somewhere to download it again. If that isn't the case you can contact the vendor again and ask for a redownload.

In most cases you should get that without a problem or additional fee. In a few cases you may have trouble getting a response or may even have to pay an additional fee.
