Sparkles Plug-In

Hello,
Can any direct me to a good plugin that will add sparkles to an image. I used to have a great filters that was "integrated" (for lack of a better word) with FiltersUnlimited 1.0 and it was fantastic for adding the sparkes. Well, when my computer crashed a few weeks ago, all was lost... and you guessed it... I had NOTHING backed up. For some idiotic reason for all the years that I've owned computers I never felt the need to. (A hard and expensive lesson learned!)
Anyway, I cannot seem to find that filter. I now have Unlimited 2 and I have a "sparke" filter (Xero), but am not too happy with it. Does anyone know this particular sparkle plugin/filter I'm referring to? It kind of was a "no brainer" for putting the sparkles on an image and always produced the desired effect.
Can somebody direct me where I can get a sparkle filter that is "kindergarten-easy" to maniuplate?
