ulead particle presets

Hi sorry for my English but I'm Dutchl, I will try to explain what kind of problems I have with the particle presets. I'm going crazy with this plug-in, trying for a few months now to install this plug-in. I can instal it, see it in paint shop pro X and XI but when I try to load a preset or make a preset by myself I'm getting this messages
and
can you help me I've uninstalled the plug-in and all other plug-ins from Ulead and then installed it again but it is not working
by the way the presets are standing on my pc in the data file but paint shop pro is not recognizing it
