please help! having probs with files

Hi,
I have just started getting hang of psp and I use corel psp x1.
Since reformatting my pc, I have had to re-install the psp but now am having problems with some of the filters. It says the plug in may not be installed properly or has a missing file. How do I remedy this? I am so confused. Please help.
