If you are using 64bit Vista, please copy the dll files into the SysWOW64 sub folder of the Windows folder.

Msvcrt10.dll
Some plugin also need plugin.dll, which is an copyright-protected Adobe file that is delivered with many Adobe applications, e.g. Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. But you can get rid of the plugin.dll dependancy by using Plugin Commander Light. See here:
