First of all, for DSB Flux you do not need Msvcrt10.dll. But please keep it where you have it now. It will help with other plugins.

I have never seen this message under Vista64. But if the installer works after you press OK, then I would simply ignore it.

It is generally a good idea to install DSB Flux on a system where the installer works and to make a backup of all installed files. Then you can simply copy the files to a system where the installer does not work. That way you do not need to rely on the installer. As far as I know DSB Flux will also work if you simply copy its files to a new system.
