eye candy & psp 9

i am taking animation classes online .... my lesson says to use eye candy 3 (whichi i have) and go to jiggle and ragged edges, i have everything but the ragged edges and have seem to stump everyone. i have been stuck on this lesson for a couple of weeks now.
