Officially it is not supported, but there is a good chance that it will work nevertheless. Did you already try it?

Alien Skin Eye Candy 6 runs in PSPPX3 on my Windows 7 system. I recently upgraded to 6 from an earlier version and installed the 32-bit version and attempted to install the 64-bit version.

My 64-bit image editing program is PhotoLine 16. The plugin didn't show up on the menu of PL 16 64 bit but did appear on PL 16 32-bit. I inquired with PL support, and the tech told me his debugger reported the plugin installer for 64 would not work, indicating it was a problem with Alien Skin. Of course, the Alien Skin support people said they don't support PL, and they weren't surprised it didn't install.

Such is life in the world of the software customer.
