On 32bit Windows systems you need to copy 32bit dll files to C:\Windows\System32\.
On 64bit Windows systems, the 32bit dll folder is located under C:\Windows\SysWow64\.
On 64bit Windows systems, the 32bit dll folder is located under C:\Windows\SysWow64\.
