The Plugin Site

I use Paint Shop Pro for my business. I am in need of a macro/filter/plugin that would resize images and add a border. This would decrease the amount of time I spend at my desk greatly. I can't program, and I don't have any clue as to how to use Filter Factory or any other program to create my own plugins. Are their any resources for people who want to purchase a custom-made filter? I suppose it's relatively simple, what I'm needing but, I've really no idea. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! J

You can only automate this task by recording a script in PSP 8. A plugin won't let you do it. If you use PSP 7, you can only do it with an external program that records key strokes and plays them back.
