Greetings:
Is there a free plugin or filter that will make water. Water like those you see in water, or drinking fountains?

Thank you. I have the water ripples plugin. But, it does not make good running down water, like in a fountain.

I love "natural" effects. Orage claimed that art came closest to being "perfect" the more that it resembled nature.
One of the BEST things about natures effects, ie water, lightning, fire, weather, light, lava, etc...is that there are BILLIONS of pictures available for a digital artist's use.
In most cases, I feel that a good real-life photograph of the natural "effect" that I want to employ in any image can give a superior result to plugin effects.
*EDIT* I did find one very promising looking "streaming water" effect in a plugin made by Panopticum, "Water 1.0", but it has 2 problems...(1) It isn't free. and (2) It is for After-Effects only. But what I saw of it DID look very good.
