Just downloaded a really user-friendly freebie program that works a lot like PSP and has some great effects. It's called PhotoFiltre and can be found at http://www.photofiltre.com

I haven't had time to download all the plugins for it, but there are a whole bunch of them at the same link.

Yes it is cool-been using it for a few years now-to cheap to buy photoshop!!
