Animation Shop problems! PLEASE help!

I'll try to explain this the best way I can. I've been doing PSP for 3 years, and this has never happened before, and I don't know what to do to fix it!

If I have a graphic in AS with 3 frames, and I want to make a change in the 2nd frame, I used to be able to highlight the frame, click the shift key and the x and the frame would automatically go back to PSP. Well, now it won't do that any more, and it's driving me nuts! LOL

Can anyone help me?
