Aperture users: Run Topaz plug-ins for free

Post by plugsnpixels »

If you use Apple's Aperture and own any or all of the Topaz plug-ins, you can use their new FREE Fusion Express to launch the plug-ins without needing Photoshop as a host.

If you don't own the plug-ins, there is a 30-day trial period for them.

A pity that they do not offer a commercial product that also lets other Photoshop plugin be used in Aperture. It would certainly be a seller.

Agreed. I'll have to ask them if this is possible.

The developer said this:

"Our next step will be "Topaz Fusion", which will add 3rd parties plug-ins support in Aperture/Lightroom, plug-in "stacking", and stack presets, among others. We are actively seeking ideas from our user community right now on:
1) what 3rd party plug-ins should be in our priority list?
2) what features should we add into Fusion?

Again I am counting your suggestions to make it a better tool. If you have ideas, please email me directly to albert [at] topazlabs [dot] com"
