Medical package

We developed a Medical plug-in package for windows (32bit and 64bit). Momentarily, the package works only for gray-scale images and it contains the following filters: Median, ContrastStretch, Vignetting, Adaptive Histogram Equalization, Denoise X-Ray, UnsharpMasking, Gaussian Smoothing and AQua Denoise. It can be downloaded from http://pictomic.com/test_PpMedical/1.0/ ... win.tar.gz.
